Depending on how a Discord server is configured and how players use support tickets, Admin Assist may handle Discord usernames, Discord IDs, server IDs, ticket content, setup configuration, player reports, support messages, and screenshots or attachments where provided.
Server staff should avoid requesting unnecessary sensitive information in tickets. Players should not submit passwords, payment details, private keys, or unrelated personal information.
Support data may be used to create private ticket channels, organize issue context, prepare AI-assisted draft guidance, route transcripts, show setup state, and help staff review outcomes.
Admin Assist does not claim to replace human moderation. The platform is designed to reduce repetitive support work while keeping staff in control.
