What is Admin Assist?

Admin Assist is an AI-assisted Discord support platform for DayZ server communities. It helps server teams run cleaner tickets, organize player reports, draft support guidance, and hand context back to staff.

Is Admin Assist built for DayZ servers?

Yes. The public product is aimed at DayZ server communities and common support flows around launchers, mods, reports, setup questions, and player support. Admin Assist does not use official DayZ artwork, logos, screenshots, or ripped game assets.

Does it replace human admins?

No. AI assists server staff; it does not replace them. Staff remain responsible for final moderation/admin decisions, evidence review, player communication, and server policy enforcement.

Can it auto-ban players?

Auto-ban should be treated as future or controlled functionality only, not a live public promise. Admin Assist currently positions AI as guidance and workflow support, with staff making final admin decisions.

Does it need server-side mods?

Admin Assist is focused on Discord support workflows, so basic ticket and support operations do not require server-side DayZ mods. Any deeper server integration should be reviewed against the specific rollout plan.

Can it work with modded servers?

Yes, it can support modded server communities at the Discord support layer. It can help triage mod loading problems, launcher issues, and server-specific support messages, while staff confirm the actual server rules and fixes.

Does it store ticket data?

Admin Assist may handle or store support data needed for configured workflows, such as Discord usernames, Discord IDs, server IDs, ticket content, setup configuration, player reports, support messages, and screenshots or attachments where provided.

Can server owners request data deletion?

Server owners can request support with data deletion by contacting support@adminassist.net. Include the Discord server name, server ID if available, and enough ticket context to identify the data.

Does it support CFTools?

CFTools support should be treated as planned or limited unless a specific rollout confirms otherwise. Admin Assist is not affiliated with CFTools unless stated, and public pages should not imply official or complete CFTools integration.

What happens if Discord or AI services go down?

Admin Assist depends on external services such as Discord and AI providers for parts of the support flow. If those services are unavailable, AI replies or Discord actions may be delayed or unavailable. No uptime guarantee is made here.

Is there a free/basic plan?

The public pricing page includes a Starter lane described as launch support with a free trial. Final plan availability, limits, and billing should be confirmed during setup or by emailing sales@adminassist.net.

Can replies be customised per server?

Yes, server-specific reply tuning and policy/rules configuration are part of the intended support workflow. Staff should review AI-assisted replies so guidance matches each community's rules and moderation style.
